Janice has served on the planning board since ????. She has helped lead the charge for outside developers, giving many concessions for parking, set back variances, height restrictions, and density allowances!

Vice Chairwoman:
Fannia has served on the planning board since 2018, she has been a consistent affirmative vote for the gross over development throughout the city. As a candidate for council she has received a great deal of support from several developers who’s projects she has supported.

Imran Hussain has served on the planning board since 2018, appointed by Andre Sayegh he has gone along with the agenda of developers in our city. He has consistently voted yes on many of the oversized projects lacking parking, and congesting the city.
Pedro Liranzo

Board Member:
Mr. Liranzo has served on the planning board since 2021. Appointed by Sayegh, Pedro has voted yes on every single variance through his tenure, aiding developers in over crowding the city, leaving residents with little parking, enormous rent and parking fees.

Zoraya has served on the planning board since 2022, appointed by Andre Sayegh he has played a critical role in moving the agenda for development throughout the city. With a consistent yes vote on many of the oversized projects lacking parking and over crowding the city.

Board Member:
Delbres has served on the planning board since 2023, appointed by Andre Sayegh he has joined the band in moving the agenda for development throughout the city. He has voted yes for just about all of the oversized projects lacking parking and over crowding the city.
Shahin Khalique

City Council Representative:
Councilman Khalique was appointed in 2018 by then Council President Davila. It was then the union was formed with the mayor and the agenda to allow the city to be over taken by developers. His voting record speaks for itself.
Frankie Roman
85 Mercer St
Board Member:
Mr. Roman was appointed to the planning board in 2021 by Andre. Upon his departure, he wrote a heart felt letter to address his denial to be re-appointed. In that letter he expressed his disappointment, and how it was such an honor to serve, acknowledging his unwillingness to support bad plans earned his termination!
Thank you Mr. Roman for standing up for our Paterson!
